"The workmen Harry & Liam exceeded expectations. Their workmanship was 1st Class, cleaning our roof & gutters and repointing the ridge tiles. This work created quite a lot of moss debris in the front & rear gardens as expected. "On Harry's initial visit he explained they do not use a jet washer to remove moss from a roof as some contractors do. They actually scrap the moss off by hand and then apply a soft wash to kill any remaining algae/lichen. And that is exactly what they did. Barry (Harry's colleague) was on the roof scrapping off the moss and then Harry did the soft wash. They did a fantastic job and we are very pleased with the outcome. Even our next-door neighbour has remarked about the results. And there are NO broken tiles and NO leaking roof. The job did take longer than anticipated, but on the second day they stayed until 7.00pm and considering it was dark by then, their cleaning up was quite good. As promised, they returned on Saturday to clean our conservatory roof, make sure the gutters were cleaned out and do a final clean up even jet washing my husband’s car. They were polite and friendly and we would have no hesitation in recommending HW Ultimate Clean"
